The scattered tech stack (Mailchimp, ZoomInfo, multiple platforms) made it impossible to track what was actually working. My Contribution

We consolidated everything into HubSpot for proper tracking and eliminated the tools that weren't delivering ROI. Instead of casting a wide net, we focused on one profitable niche and aligned with an industry association. We identified a strategic brand partner already established in the association leadership, creating immediate credibility and market access. We transformed the brand from a generic one to the go-to expert in the industry. As Harvard Business Review notes, effective leadership during transitions requires both strategic vision and systematic execution - precisely what we implemented.

I stepped in as their strategic CMO to architect everything from zero: complete brand strategy and identity, website architecture and SEO strategy, CRM segmentation and automation, targeted cold outreach systems, comprehensive social media presence, and strategic press materials.

I partnered with her to build her LinkedIn presence from zero, optimizing her profile, developing lead generation systems, and creating messaging that positioned her as the menopause champion with the highest visibility.
